1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the service date.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
1.2. Non-returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.

2. Refunds
2.1. Conditions for Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
2.2. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
