3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings for services can be made via our website, phone, or email.
  • Payment for services must be made in full upon completion of the service.
  • We accept payments via cash, card, or bank transfer.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled service.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 days if the service is cancelled within the required notice period.

Refund Policy

1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the service date.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

1.2. Non-returnable Items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.

1.3. Return Process

  • To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@smart-techsolutionsessex.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Refunds

2.1. Conditions for Refunds

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

2.2. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
